Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob, husk and silk removed
- Cobram Estate extra light and delicate olive oil spray
- Sea salt, to taste
CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 cup (120g) whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 tbs chipotle hot sauce*
TO SERVE
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup crispy fried shallots*
- 1 lime, cut in wedges
