- 1kg Lilydale free-range chicken drumsticks
- ¼ cup dark soy sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 6 cloves black garlic, roughly chopped (or regular garlic)
