Spicy Coriander Avocado Dip

Serve as a side with Lilydale Chipotle & Lime Wedges


  • 2 avocados, skin and seed removed.
  • 1 bunch coriander, roots removed
  • 2 limes, zested finely, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp ground coriander seed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin seed
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients (avocado, coriander leaves and stems, lime zest and juice, sour cream, ground coriander seed, ground cumin seed, cayenne and sea salt) in a food processor, until smooth.
  2. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
