- 1 bunch mint, leaves picked
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves picked
- 1/4 cup puffed wild rice
- 1/4 cup pistachio, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 pomegranate, seeds only
- 1 tbs pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbs Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
