1 pack Lilydale Free Range Chicken Tenderloins
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 ½ tsp flaky salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp yoghurt
FOR THE SKEWERS:
1 red capsicum, deseeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green capsicum, deseeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 red onions, quartered and chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
